Job location

Education

• Graduation or technical course in progress in the area of ​​technology and/or information security.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor continuous improvement activities in all SOC processes;
• Create materials for client meetings;
• Participate in meetings with clients;
• Analyze KPIs related to operations and client data;
• Monitor, operate, and contribute to the quality process of the area;
• Support the risk management and compliance process.

Requirements

• Technical writing skills;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel;
• Basic understanding of computer networks and ITIL processes;
• Basic knowledge of information security;
• Organization and attention to detail; good verbal and written communication skills;
• Analytical capacity and critical thinking; data and indicator analysis.

Desired Requirements

• ITIL Foundation Certification;
• Knowledge in information security;
• Knowledge in quality processes;
• Knowledge in risk management and process compliance;
• Experience with task automation will be a plus.
