Responsibilities

Support the creation and execution of internal marketing (endomarketing) initiatives.
Participate in the planning and implementation of internal campaigns, events, and communication initiatives focused on employees.
Develop internal communication materials.
Assist in creating content and visual materials such as emails, newsletters, presentations, announcements, etc., ensuring message clarity and consistency with the company’s visual identity.
Write texts for internal publications and promotional materials.
Produce content for social media, aligned with the company’s communication strategy.
Collaborate in the organization and logistics of internal and external events.
Participate in conducting internal surveys and contribute to the development of reports and action plans based on the results.
Facilitate communication between different departments, ensuring that important information is effectively conveyed.
Monitor and measure the impact of internal marketing actions, assisting in collecting employee feedback and analyzing success metrics.
Research and suggest new internal marketing practices and trends, bringing innovative ideas to strengthen the organizational culture and improve the employee experience.
Support the department with other related tasks as needed.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields.
Excellent writing and grammar skills.
Proactive and creative mindset to propose ideas and solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
Advanced English.
